Monkey Trial. Now, nearly a century later, the debate continues on whether evolution should be taught without judgment.

For the better part of twenty years I was inculcated in Christianity. Eight of those years were spent in a private Christian primary school. It was here that I learned the Bible as history.

Letter:  The Ten Commandments and Parking

In January of 2010, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned ACLU vs. Grayson County, KY and ruled that a Ten Commandments display was “secular” and to be restored. Gary Walker’s letter to the editor rings true today, days after Sarah Palin and Bill O’Reilly explained to a Fox News audience that the Constitution and Declaration of Independence are “based on the Ten Commandments”.
