Pakistan’s women face battle for the right to vote

Cricketer-turned-politician, Imran Khan, on Friday ahead of Pakistan's elections. Khan is trying to promote his Pakistan Movement for Justice as a fresh alternative to the two parties who have alternated in the top spot for 40 years.

Fears over the safety of women voting in next week's elections inPakistan are rising after letters have been circulated in regions of the country warning men not to allow their wives, sisters and daughters out to the polling stations.
