When non Judaic religions attempt to exercise their rights under this law will the SC of MO actually rule in their favor? I hope one does and we can see whether or not the law is followed or MO decides its a Christian state and non Christian religions have no protections.

Of course I realize the intent is to promote Christianity, but it’s a constitutional amendment, Joanna. If Pastafarians choose to make use of it, the state supreme court will have to find in their favor. I think it will go just like Louisiana’s school vouchers, where legislators were suddenly shocked to learn that the vouchers could be used at non-Christian schools!
