American Imams supporting evolutionary science

New Scientist has reported a campaign for Islamic teachers, or Imams, to sign an open letter declaring that there is no clash between their religious faith and evolution, and speaking against the teaching of Creationism in American public schools. The signatories take a stand in favor of church-state separation.
