RealBibleStories.com: Bible Stories Get Real

Stories from the Bible — Adam and Eve, Noah’s Ark, etc. — have become part of Western popular culture. As often happens when a tale is retold, the stories we remember aren’t quite what the Bible says.

At RealBibleStories.com, Shirlee Babson has taken it upon herself to read those stories, relay what the Bible actually says, and introduce critical thinking-inducing discussion questions and commentary.

The stories completed thus far — much of Genesis — are written at a level appropriate to (fairly smart) children, but the stories and commentary are educational and entertaining for adults as well!

Jenny and I agree that this will eventually be a great site for secular parents to read through with their children.

Shirlee has committed to at least one new story per week for the entire year. I’m looking forward to the next one!
