Are you sure are entire Black Operational Government isn’t based on some kind of religious extremism. Maybe English Socialism ? Bin Laden might be coming in a close second in the area of religious radicalism. I served in the Army and any type of serial number was recorded and kept track of. The people that were assigned these sites would have know and those above them would have also.
