You do realize that at the best, all this means is that NCLR promotes illegal immigration and educates illegal aliens on how best to break American laws -- something they do not contest doing -- but doesn't advocate taking over part of the country. If you Google that last quote, most websites identify Miguel Perez as part of MEChA's CSUN chapter. La Raza doesn't have college chapters.
